Two ways to save internet video

Many people like to watch video online. But sometimes it is really frustrated because the internet is so slow. So it becomes important to download video from the internet for more fatansy watch and it should be the best way. Here I shows you two simple ways to capture and save video from the Internet.

Part One: Capture with a Firefox extension

Firefox extensions can help you capture video easily. Let us see how it works together.
Mozilla Firefox is one of my favourite Web browsers because it makes grabbing online videos so easy. This tip for Firefox works with two popular systems-Windows and Mac.

Extensions for Firefox are typically created by other users and they are all simple to be searched for and added. See your browser's list of extensions, select Extensions from the Tools pull-down menu then you can then click "Install" to add extensions you've downloaded locally. You can use extension after you restart firefox browser.

I recommend this cool extension named Video Downloader. It can download and store video from more than 60 streaming-video sites. After installing Video Downloader, you'll see a new icon in the bottom-right corner of your browser interface; click it when you have a video page open to save that video. The resulting pop-up window directs you to right-click a download link, then change the suffix to FLV.

Once you've saved your file, you'll need to convert the video to avi or wmv for view because many player can’t open flv video. Mac users are in luck, because there's a great video-conversion program called iSquint all ready for you. It's not time-limited, so you can use it indefinitely without paying.

I also have found a similar free flv application for Windows, It is leawo free FLV converter. With it,it is very easy for you to play flv video directly and to convert flv to most of popular video formats like wmv,avi,mp4,etc. Windows users also can download a FLV player, such as the aforementioned FLV Player, a donation-supported free program.

Part Two: Capture with freeware

Another good software for saving online video is leawo free YouTube Downloader. It can download video from YouTube, myspace, ifilm, google video, and other video-sharing website. It has a built-in "monitor"that can detect the video being played and remind you downloading it. It can speed up video and work as an FLV player,so play or download videos with accelerated speed is not a dream any longer.

This software is very easy-to-use and I have used for half a year. It gives me good experience with youtube. You can find the tutorial on how to use it on Leawo.com.

Have a nice day and enjoy yourself! Buddy!
